Holset He221w turbine outlet gasket.
This four bolt gasket fits the HE221 5.5cm2 we sell and 7cm turbo. The HE221 has a 5 bolt flange but this 4 bolt flange will work.
Please note it doesn't fit all He221w models. Have a look at the photo and compare to see if it fits your He221w turbo.
