SINS4x4 aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes

Any taxes, duties customs fees are sole responsibility of purchaser.

Please check local laws in your country. If any taxes and duties will apply to your purchase.

 

Damages

If there is any damage to the product on delivery, contact us immediately at SINS4X4. Whilst we take every precaution to pack the items properly and securely SINS4X4 does not take responsibility for damaged items during transit. We strongly suggest insuring the product.
 

Missing or Lost Package

There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. SINS4x4 politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven’t located your order, please contact us at SINS4X4 to report missing or lost package.
